An evening of movement, mindfulness, and community in the park

£0.00

🗓️ Wednesday 26th August
🕰️ 18:00 – 20:00
📍 Hyde Park
💸 Pay what you can
🎟️ 25 tickets available

Common Nature invites you to a late-summer evening of movement, mindfulness, and community. Hosted by Simon Lamb, founder of Common Nature, and Georgia Martin, a yoga teacher and NHS Wellbeing Coordinator.

Simon will lead a gentle introduction to qigong, grounding breathwork, and a seasonal reflection exercise. While Georgia will guide a nourishing yoga flow suitable for all levels and experience.

Common Nature's founding belief is that everyone has the right to better health through time in local nature. This event is part of our Natural Health for All series, run on a pay-what-you-can basis so cost is never a barrier to these practices reaching the people who need them most.

18:00 – 18:15 Welcome and opening circle
18:15 – 18:30 Introduction to qigong
18:30 – 19:00 Yoga flow
19:00 – 19:20 Grounding breathwork
19:20 – 19:40 Closing circle
19:40 – 20:00 Tea, fruit, and conversation

After you register for a place, a link will be sent for an optional contribution (suggested £5–£15, but pay what feels right for you). The idea is simple: those who can afford to pay a little more help cover the cost for those who can't pay anything at all.
