A lot of people working towards a better world are exhausted. The scale of the challenge, the pace of change, the weight of what's at stake - it takes a toll. This evening is for those working hard for change while also feeling the pressure.
Hosted by Common Nature at Treo House, this is a practical, experiential evening exploring one simple question: how do we stay well enough to do the work that matters?
At Common Nature we believe that in order to support a healthier planet and society, we need to take more seriously how we tend to healthy systems for ourselves. For this evening, also working with Andres Roberts, founder of The Bio-Leadership Project, the invitation is to explore together how we tend to systems - from self to planet - to support collective health, with nature.
Through movement, breath, conversation and reflection, we'll explore what it means to resource ourselves across body, community and land - Common Nature's three pillars of healthy living - so that we can show up for the long haul.
