We're teaming up with HotPod Yoga in Brixton for a seasonal workshop weaving together movement, breathwork, and connection β to community and to nature.
Together, we'll explore the energy and wisdom of Autumn β a season associated with letting go of what no longer serves us, and calming our nervous system before the slower months of Winter.
We'll begin with Simon β Founder of Common Nature β guiding us on a walk through the park, with some reflection, nature connection practices, and a short qigong flow.
The workshop will conclude in the familiar, warm embrace of the pod, with a nourishing yoga flow guided by Colly.
We'll have tea and light snacks for anyone who'd like to stay and close in community.
14:00 β 15:00 β park practices
15:00 β 15:45 β yoga
15:45 β 16:15 β snacks and tea
