Meet Simon

Sessions are led by Simon Lamb, Founder of Common Nature and a wellbeing practitioner trained in breathwork, mindful movement, and coaching. His corporate background means he speaks your team's language — practical, relatable, and relevant. For the workshop and day, Simon also draws on a wider network of practitioners, with scope to tailor each experience to your organisation's specific needs.
