What ORGANISATIONS Are Saying.

“The facilitation was excellent. The session feedback was overwhelmingly positive – a genuine break from our desks and a chance for the team to step outside and feel better.”

“I can't recommend Common Nature highly enough. Simon is fantastic to work with – if you're looking for something a little different to support health, wellbeing and team connection in the workplace, Common Nature is well worth considering.”

WHY Nature Belongs in the Wellbeing conversation.

Workplace wellbeing isn't just about managing stress once it becomes a problem. It's also about creating opportunities for people to pause, recover, and build healthier habits into everyday life.

And nature has a role to play.

Just 2 hour per week.

Research involving nearly 20,000 adults in England found that spending at least two hours a week in nature was associated with a greater likelihood of reporting good health and higher wellbeing.

Nature-based wellbeing isn't a quick fix, and the evidence is still developing. But research suggests that time spent in natural environments can support mental health and wellbeing, making it a valuable part of a broader approach to workplace health.

That's where Common Nature comes in.

We turn the science of natural health into practical experiences that help people feel better, connect with one another, and build healthier habits.

Through nature-based workshops, team experiences, and days outdoors, we help organisations bring wellbeing to life in ways that feel accessible, meaningful, and lasting.

Because healthier organisations start with healthier people.

Find the right experience for your team.

From short, focused sessions to immersive off-site days, our programmes make natural health practical, engaging, and accessible.
