Common Nature invites you to an evening of movement, mindfulness, and community as autumn turns to winter. Hosted by Simon Lamb, founder of Common Nature, and Georgia Martin, Neighbourhood Navigator Supervisor at West London GP Federation, an NHS provider.
As the nights draw in, winter asks us to slow down, rest, and conserve our energy. Together we'll explore how to make that shift with care, letting go of what autumn has loosened and settling into the quieter months ahead.
Simon will lead a gentle introduction to qigong, grounding breathwork, and a seasonal reflection exercise, and Georgia will guide a nourishing yoga flow suitable for all levels and experience.
Common Nature's founding belief is that everyone has the right to better health through time in local nature. This event is part of our Natural Health for All series, run on a pay-what-you-can basis so cost is never a barrier to these practices reaching the people who need them most.
18:30 – 18:45 Welcome and opening circle
18:45 – 19:00 Introduction to qigong
19:00 – 19:30 Yoga flow
19:30 – 19:50 Grounding breathwork
19:50 – 20:10 Closing circle
20:10 – 20:30 Tea, fruit, and conversation
