Natural Health For All

Local land. Practical tools. Healthier lives.

MISSION

We believe every person has the right to be healthier in local nature.

Our mission is to connect a network of communities, businesses, outdoor places and guides over the next ten years, together inspiring 1 million naturally healthier lives.

At the heart of our goal is a vision to work with 100 places and 1000 organisations, together promoting events, tools and stories to support Natural Health for all. Our Natural Health Programmes are the practical means of making this possible.

Farmers and land stewards are at the heart of this — the people who tend the land we all depend on. And by building healthier communities from the ground up, we believe we can help take pressure off the health system we care about.

100
Places

Two people standing on a grassy field near a table with ice coolers and chairs, overlooking a countryside landscape with rolling hills and fields under a cloudy sky.

We aim to connect 100 farms and outdoor places around the UK and help them thrive as hubs for Natural Health. This includes helping the farmers, landowners and land stewards of those places lead healthier lives themselves.

1000
Organisations

We are working to support 1000 organisations over time to help employees stay well and build lasting habits in Natural Health. We want to give a lot of energy to helping diverse businesses, health workers and teachers.

1 Million
Lives

We believe that by creating a Natural Health network across the country, the experiences, tools and stories we share could ripple out to inspire 1 million lives.

The health of our body, community, and land are intricately linked. This is why - through evidence-based, practical work - we focus on these three forms of health.

“The seasonality of the session chimed perfectly with the way we think and work. The different elements - movement, breath, journalling, and conversation - meant we explored the idea of letting go like autumn in a way that was new, challenging, and rewarding.”
